Pregnancy Relaxation - £30 for a block of 6 or £5.50/ session

                                           Thursdays 7.30pm- 8.45pm

Training your mind to be calm and relaxed has huge benefits during pregnancy and birth. It helps you to maintain high oxytocin levels (essential for labour) and allows you to remain in control of the fear - tension- pain cycle (don't worry if you don't know what that is, I'll explain on the course!)

  • Mindful Breathing Exercise

  • Weekly Pregnancy/Birth Related Topic including Discussion 

  • Weekly Relaxation related to the weekly topic 

  • Time for Chat

Due to the current Covid-19 situation this course will take place via zoom. This means you will be able to enjoy the relaxation from the comfort of your own home. It also means you need to provide your own drinks and snacks- sorry about that! 

These sessions will bring you some much needed time to rest, relax and focus on your pregnancy and up- coming birth.
