We will kick start with a cup of herbal tea and a friendly atmosphere. It’s a chance to meet other like-minded people, share the experience, and take some time out to focus on you and your upcoming birth.
Over two hours, you’ll learn how birth affirmations actually work—no fluff, no cringey vibes—just practical, evidence-based insights into how your mindset can support your body. You’ll be guided step-by-step in creating affirmations that feel natural, personal, and genuinely helpful to you.
The session finishes with a relaxing guided hypnosis, leaving you feeling grounded, reassured, and ready to continue your birth preparation with confidence.
You’ll receive helpful resources to take away, and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Whether you’re newly pregnant or further along, this workshop is suitable for any stage—but the earlier you begin incorporating affirmations into your daily life, the more powerful they can be when it matters most.
