Training your mind to be calm and relaxed has huge benefits during pregnancy and birth. It helps you to maintain high oxytocin levels, which is essential for labour, and allows you to remain in control, lessening the chance of birth trauma. Nestled beneath street level, Yoke yoga studio offers a serene escape from the bustle above. It is the ideal location to relax, switch off from the busyness of life and dedicate some well deserved time to focus on your pregnancy and baby.

What will we cover?​​​

​Each week we will discover practical tools, discuss ways to prepare for birth, explore the benefits of a relaxed, calm birth and how to achieve it. Each session is centred around a specific topic, while also allowing plenty of time to explore a wide range of questions and discussions related to pregnancy and birth.

Topics include: Relaxation for Birth, Preparing for Birth, Oxytocin and how to maximise it, Fear Release and The Birth Journey.

Attending Kelly's relaxation sessions ensured I had a commitment to taking care of my well being and calming down my nervous system with a guided meditation. Kelly also shared some helpful tips for how to support myself and baby with Ottilie being my first, as well as connecting with other mums from the local area. This course is a must and Kelly is trusting, supporting, friendly and caring.
