Training your mind to be calm and relaxed has huge benefits during pregnancy and birth. It helps you to maintain high oxytocin levels, which is essential for labour, and allows you to remain in control, lessening the chance of birth trauma. VWell Studios is a beautiful, quiet studio nestled in the  heart of Hythe, just 10 minutes away from Folkestone. It is the ideal location to relax, switch off from the busyness of life and dedicate some well deserved time to focus on your pregnancy and baby.

Attending Kelly's relaxation sessions ensured I had a commitment to taking care of my well being and calming down my nervous system with a guided meditation. Kelly also shared some helpful tips for how to support myself and baby with Ottilie being my first, as well as connecting with other mums from the local area. This course is a must and Kelly is trusting, supporting, friendly and caring.
