If you have already used Hypnobirthing for a previous birth, then this is the course for you. 

​

Every birth and pregnancy is different. And every birth and pregnancy is precious. A refresher course allows you and your partner the opportunity to reflect on what has gone before and what is to come. It gives you time together as a couple to feel excited about your new addition and write your birth plan, which may well be different to the first time you completed your course.
